Join Thousands for a Shopping Spree at World Boutique, Hong Kong
An impressive lineup of some 300 international and Hong Kong brands, covering fashion and accessories, gifts and home products, will showcase their latest collections at this January's World Boutique, Hong Kong. With this extensive array of well-designed, superb-quality branded merchandise, the four-day World Boutique, Hong Kong (to open on 18-January at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre) will undoubtedly provide an ideal one-stop shopping for traders, retailers alike from across the region.
Held for the third consecutive year, this major lifestyle fair, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, will cover brand and designer collections, jewelry, watches, eyewear, shoes and bags, and even tableware from not just Hong Kong but 16 other countries - in Asia, Europe and North America. Already, 40-plus organized missions comprising buyers of leading stores and shopping malls, trade association representatives are committed to visit the event.
As in the previous years, the third World Boutique, Hong Kong, will be packed with a series of supporting activities. A total of 23 fashion shows will be scheduled together with seminars on upcoming trends (by Peclars Paris and Carlin International), trade issues and market intelligence. To maximize publicity, many of the participating brands are to showcase their newest creations on catwalk. They include internationally-famed Guy Laroche, Charles Jourdan, Moiselle, James Moore, Pearls & Cashmere and Playboy. Designers from Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia also take up slots to unveil their collections for the immediate season.
World Boutique, Hong Kong, made its spectacular debut in 2003 and positioned itself as a fashion extravaganza and lifestyle-focused event - targeting specifically importers, buyers, licensee-holders from the Chinese Mainland. Now into its third year, the event is already being recognized by traders as one of Asia's most important sourcing opportunities.
